How to get a beautiful skin using natural methods

Skin is the most vital organ in our body. It is the first thing that attracts the attention of others. It is the outer covering of the body that saves us from all environmental threats. Beautiful skin is the desire of every people. But often our skin faces many dust particles and impurities in the environment which makes the skin a home for bacterias and viruses. So it is required to protect and maintain our skin regularly. For that it is necessary to know the skin tone and use appropriate methods to regain the beauty of skin. Though there are several chemical based cosmetics available in the market it is better to choose natural products which will be free from side effects. The natural products are rich in aloe vera, gren tea, shea butter, jojoba oil etc which are all powerful anti-oxidants that helps in providing a healthy skin. It also contain essential vitamins and nutrients which helps in skin enhancement.There are several natural treatments available to provide care and beauty to our skin. Natural skin care involves treating skin using natural ingredients derived from herbs, flowers, fruits etc. We can also use simple kitchen made remedies to get a glowing skin.

1) Yoghurt And Honey Mask

Mix 1 tbsp of honey and 1 tbsp of yoghurt and apply this mixture on the face. Wash it off with cold water after fifteen minutes . Do this weekly to get a soft and healthy skin

2) Lemon Face Mask

Mix 4 tbsp clay, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp honey and 2 drops jojoba oil in a bowl and apply it on the face. Rinse it off after fifteen minutes with warm water. This is effective against sun burns and tans.

We can also prepare fruit face masks using orange, banana, papaya etc. It helps in rejuvenating our skin and also provides a radiant and glowing skin.

Also we can take certain precautionary measures to maintain a healthy glowing skin

  1. Drink atleast 2 litres of water daily. Water helps in hydrating and oxygenating our skin internally.
  2. Avoid over exposure to sunlight at the peak time, if possible use an umbrella or hat to protect yourself  from UV rays while going outside.
  3. Apply a sunscreen lotion with a good spf  while going outside. Make sure to reapply it after every 2 hours.
  4. Avoid the regular use of cosmetics on your skin. Over usage may lead to dryness of the skin.
