Directions:
For Normal Skin:
- Morning Routine: Apply the soap lather onto the face and leave it on for approximately 30 seconds, then rinse off thoroughly.
- Evening Routine: Repeat the morning procedure.
For Sensitive Skin:
- Use the soap to wash the face once a day, preferably before bedtime.

I don’t recall if I reviewed this same product, or one called FaceDoctor RX. But this one and the other one I think are the same. I have used expensive soaps, oil of olay, sensitive skin soap, black sea, sulphur, anti-acne (cheap and expensive), tea tree soap, ivory…you name it, I probably tried it. But I have been using this since about 2006 or 2008. If I miss ONE day, the next day I can tell a difference. I get these small papules/pastules. I have rosacea and eczema, and sometimes seborrheic dermatitis (when I have certain kinds of dairy).
While its expensive for a bar of soap, this is the only thing I have found that really settles any acne.
Also, while it doesn’t fully cure my rosacea, it definitely calms it for a few hours. If I eat spicy foods, or drink caffeine then my rosacea will flare a bit, but this absolutely has worked for me over the years to lessen my issues.

Stupid dermatologist diagnosed me as serious acne (no pimples with fair skin…idiot) and wanted to put me on Retin A and antibiotics. I did research and read the correlation between the demodex mite and rosacea. Funny that as a Vet Tech I have seen first hand what that insidious mite could do to a dog… painful mange condition. I had contacted other conditions with dog handling so I thought I would see if this soap helped. I am here to tell you that this soap saved my skin!!!!! I have tried a couple of other soaps since then, and stopped using for a bit, but I cannot be without this soap!! It is the only thing that keeps my rosacea at bay. Try it it really helps!!

I used this stuff as a teen and it was the only stuff that would rid my acne. So excited to find it again as an adult who still suffers with acne. This stuff does a hardcore clean!! With any other face wash I would wipe my face with a cotton swab and toner and still have makeup or dirt residue on the swab. Not with face doctor!!! I love how squeaky clean my face is after!!! Also a fun tip, if you color your hair and get any dye on your skin, this soap takes it off no problem!

Excellent product and well worth the cost. This product has worked very well for both female and male family members with serious acne and pimples. Nephew tried everything short of laser treatments – nothing else worked for him but FaceDoctor did. Don’t leave on your face for more than 30 seconds – it can dry out the skin.

My skin is dry, sensitive and has a tendency to be slightly red. This soap seems to calm my skin and just make it look better in general. It doesn’t over dry my skin.
