As much as we resist or deny it, we all age and so does our skin. The damage accumulated from the sun gradually causes wrinkles and age spots. Other than the sun and our aging process, bad or strong products, harmful chemicals, as well as poor nutritional habits further the damage to our skin.<\/p>\n

Selenium<\/h2>\n

Similar to vitamin C and E, selenium is a powerful antioxidant. It is very essential for your immune system. On top of this, studies have shown that selenium helps reduce the chances of skin cancer, UV damage, and age spots. Broccolis, tomatoes, Brazilian nuts, etc are a few good sources of Selenium.<\/p>\n

Good Fats<\/h2>\n

We all know there are good fats and bad fats. Polyunsaturated and Monounsaturated fats provide extremely important fatty acids, which help moisturize your skin and keep it supple. These fats can be found in avocados, nuts, seeds, and oily fish.<\/p>\n
